Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:

• Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or consumed products.
• In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to address your concerns.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all refund or replacement requests.

Reporting Issues:

1. Immediate Notification: If you encounter any issues with your order, such as damaged or defective products, please notify us immediately at contact@nutman.com.au or call our customer service.
2. Provide Details: Include photos of the product and packaging to help us understand the issue and expedite the resolution process.
3. Resolution: Based on the issue, we may offer a replacement of the affected product or a refund. Decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis, aiming for your satisfaction.

Refunds: If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original method of payment. Please note, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges on perishable goods. However, if your product is damaged or defective, the resolution may involve sending a replacement for the affected items.

Limitations: Please understand that we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for dissatisfaction with taste preference.
